We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team on a part-time, month-to-month basis. This role is crucial in supporting our growing business needs and requires someone with a strong background in accounting and exceptional English communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, preparing financial documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and outline our services.

  • Draft and finalize engagement letters to formalize client relationships.
  • Manage follow-ups to ensure timely receipt and accurate processing of all necessary documents.
