We advise our customers on IT strategy and processes, implement and operate systems including the associated support and maintenance. Job Description
  • You support our SAP existing customers in all customer matters by phone or in writing.
  • You work as a qualified customer support agent from initial contact and consultation to the classification of the inquiry and its assignment to the respective department or responsible parties.
  • You are responsible for ticket creation and processing, as well as master data maintenance in our IT service management (ITSM) tool.
  • You are responsible for the delivery of software corrections in the SAP system.
  • You plan and are responsible for the delivery of new program releases.
  • You create reports and analyses for ticket control.
Qualifications
  • You have completed vocational training or a degree.
  • You have relevant professional experience in customer support.
  • You always act friendly and competent towards our customers.
  • You are characterized by personal responsibility, reliability, accuracy, and team orientation.
  • Ideally, you already have prior knowledge in the SAP area.
  • Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level) complete your profile.
