The Job
This person will report to Sean Swentek, Director of Marketing. Their job is to own all marketing
channels for outbound lead generation efforts, including: digital advertising and PPC, social
media ads, events, email, etc. This person will also be responsible for creating brand awareness
through outbound marketing channels, like blog syndication, print and digital ads, etc.

  • Forge robust lead generation frameworks that attract, engage, and convert.
  • Strategize and deploy omnichannel campaigns that set a new industry standard for effectiveness and creativity.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools not just competently, but masterfully, to cultivate a rich, sustainable lead ecosystem.
  • Cultivate Market Momentum
  • Analyze market trends and harness insights to steer Omnidian’s market presence.
  • Implement lead nurturing processes that ensure a steady flow of sales-ready leads.
  • Drive conversion optimization strategies that make every touchpoint a potential spark for customer acquisition.
  • Lever lead scoring to inform marketing strategy and focus sales to ensure success.
  • Lead with Data, Win with Content
  • Transform raw data into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and validate their journey through the sales funnel.
  • Work hand-in-glove with the content team to craft messages that not only inform but inspire action, always with an eye on SEO best practices.
  • Champion demand gen content that educates the market, turning Omnidian into a synonym for thought leadership in renewable energy.
  • Who You Are
  • You’re a pro with a track record in B2B demand generation, ideally in renewables or a tech-forward space.
  • CRM and marketing automation are your allies; you wield them with precision to influence market movements. Salesforce experience strongly desired.
  • Data doesn’t just speak to you; it informs your every strategy, ensuring your actions are grounded in analytics.
  • You’re highly proficient across key B2B lead generation strategies, including: social media advertising (LinkedIn required), Google PPC, email, event sponsorships & activations, and ABM.
  • Experience You’ll Need
  • No formal education requirement, though college degree preferred
  • B2B lead generation experience required
  • Solar/renewable energy experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience a must
  • LinkedIn ad experience required
  • Event activation experience desired
