Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Director of Demand Generation will lead a team of marketing rock stars responsible for pipeline generation and revenue funnel optimization. This critical team player, leader, and coach, will plan, budget, oversee and track all functions related to pipeline creation in support of the company’s global revenue targets. With a strong focus on data and metrics, the Demand Generation Director will oversee integrated marketing programs leveraging inbound, ABM, field, content marketing and other strategies.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead a global team to deliver consistently on key business metrics (MQLs & SQLs).
  • Establish predictability in demand generation performance in support of the company’s aggressive growth objectives.
  • Define and champion scalable, repeatable departmental processes.
  • Build the annual and quarterly demand generation plans based on sales targets.
  • Track & measure demand generation performance and quickly adjust strategy and tactics based on insights.
  • Forecast and present results of demand generation to senior management.
  • Grow the team through hiring and training.

What you bring to the table:

  • 7+ years’ marketing experience at an Enterprise SaaS company (minimum 3 years in a Director-level role)
  • Expert in inbound marketing, ABM, email marketing and field marketing best practices.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B customer journey and the implications on marketing strategy.
  • Ability to compile and analyze data to develop metrics that support decision-making.
  • Analytical with a strong ability to think strategically, execute, and deliver measurable results.
  • A leader, a team player and a coach that doesn’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Intimate knowledge of common MarTech, specifically Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, Google Analytics, SEMrush, 6Sense, and LinkedIn/Google advertising suites.
