We’re looking for a perceptive and ambitious person to join our close-knit remote team as a data-driven bilingual outreach specialist. As a Valatam team member, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating email outreach efforts designing, developing, and executing outbound & cold email campaigns while tracking and analyzing their performance. The successful candidate would be responsible of generating email leads, verifying the email lists, and managing email campaigns using email automation tools to optimize performance, monitor email deliverability, and track follow-ups. This role requires a track record of success in driving engagement and generating conversions through strategic email outreach.

  • Working independently and taking full ownership in the development and execution of cold email outreach campaigns to target audiences, aligning with marketing objectives and sales goals.
  • Developing and implementing list-building strategies for target audiences and segments.
  • Designing and maintaining email templates that are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and optimized for engagement.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests, managing testing calendar, and recording results.
  • Monitoring email deliverability and address any issues, ensuring optimal inbox placement.
  • Compiling, updating, and keeping track of email lists and databases.
  • Following up on emails and redirecting them to the appropriate departments.
  • Using analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Assisting in developing customer communication strategies, including segmentation, content creation, and drip campaigns.
  • Participating on regular Marketing brainstorming sessions to discuss ideas, projects, and updates.
  • Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Expected Results:You are the right person for the role if you can achieve 20 appointments scheduled per week as a result of email outreach campaigns. Your overall performance will be measured based on the following indicators.

  • Number of appointments scheduled as a result of email outreach campaigns
  • Open rates, click-through rates, and response rates for email campaigns.
  • Conversion rates from initial outreach to qualified leads or opportunities.
  • Engagement metrics such as social shares, replies, and forwards generated by outreach efforts.
  • Contribution to overall pipeline and revenue targets through successful lead generation and nurturing activities.


    • C1/C2 English with exceptional skills in writing resonating messages.
    • Minimum of two years of experience in developing and implementing cold e-mail outreach campaigns.
    • Experience developing and implementing cold email strategies with tools such as, and millionverifier (or similar software).
    • Experience in crafting and delivering professional pitches and follow-ups.
    • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
    • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
    • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
    • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
    • Access to a backup place of work in case of a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)

    • Our pay rate: US$6/hr (aprox US$1045/month).
    • Ongoing pay rate increments once a year based on performance.
