Who We’re Looking For

Yuga Labs is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of software engineers focused on NFT and Web3 development. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development of our cutting-edge NFT and Web3 products, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders, to create and implement software development strategies that align with business goals.

The Job

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them achieve their goals and deliver high-quality products.
  • Work closely with product managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the team is aligned with business objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement software development processes and methodologies that align with industry best practices for NFT and Web3 development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration across different departments.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members, helping them grow and develop their skills and careers in NFT and Web3 development.


Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience with front-end and back-end development technologies, such as Typescript, Javascript, React, Node.js, and AWS
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and driving strategy as part of a product team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement specifically focused on NFT and Web3 development.
  • BONUS: Strong technical skills and experience in NFT and Web3 development methodologies such as Solidity, EVM, and IPFS.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $210,000 to $240,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, training, company needs, and current market demands.  The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, bonuses, equity awards, and benefits.
