We’re Seeking:
A customer-oriented professional with exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, and communication skills. You’ll tackle the challenge of reactive customer support, engaging with customers through various channels such as live-chat and email to provide a personalized and understanding service, aiming to exceed their expectations.

  • Strong Portuguese writing skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic about customer service.
  • Available for alternate Saturdays.
  • Capable of multitasking, including managing simultaneous interactions with customers.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Tech Support and/or Sales.
  • Familiarity with remote work environments.
