Why Join Us:

We are looking for our first growth marketer to join our team and play a pivotal role in executing and enhancing our demand generation strategy and tactics. This role will drive account-based outbound sales and marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This person should be a creative thinker, problem solver, and well versed in the latest digital tactics to drive top-of-funnel in innovative ways.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build, manage, and optimize growth channels and measurement infrastructure to acquire radiology groups and health systems

  • Enhance and evolve growth strategy at Rad AI

  • Spearhead account-based demand generation campaigns via email and LinkedIn, including generating copy and ensuring list segmentation is accurate, complete, and timely for each campaign.

  • Oversee lead management processes (lead scoring and lead status), ensuring efficient lead capture, scoring, and funnel efficiency, with the ultimate goal of delivering ongoing high-quality marketing qualified leads to the sales team.

  • Recommend enhancements to processes, content, and lead generation strategies to improve lead gen and sales efficiency. Coordinate and contribute to our marketing and sales playbooks.

  • Keep close tabs on top of funnel conversion metrics and optimize channels for lead generation

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience with demonstrated history of successful demand generation activities and building and top-of-funnel

  • Proven track record of implementing growth channels, experiments, and performance measurement from the ground up

  • Demonstrated ability to undertake project assignments with minimal supervision and high degree of intention and attention to detail; hold a high-standard for campaign execution

  • History of and ability to manage multiple priorities, willingness to constantly reprioritize, systematic and intelligent approach to getting things done, supervising and executing on several projects in various stages, operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problems

  • History of teamwork and collaboration, willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done, implement necessary feedback, and effectively/efficiently deploying resources

  • Work well in a dynamic, digital first and remote environment

  • Scrappy and growth-oriented mindset coupled with a “no barriers” attitude. Willing to tackle challenges head-on and iterate quickly.

  • Strategic thinker with good problem solving skills; strong communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B, healthcare tech, sales-forward demand generation, and high-growth SaaS environments preferred

  • Track record of managing paid and organic channels
