Inside Sales Manager

  2. Our inside sales team then directly receives these inbound leads. We proceed to call, qualify, and schedule these leads into appointments. Completely hands off from the client & their staff. 100% turn-key…our clients love this!
  3. We then coach our clients on the best patient care strategies, sales processes, and business operations so they can grow sustainably

ROLE DETAILS:

LOCATION: Remote

COMPENSATION: $80K-$125K (Total Compensation)

**The candidate selected for this role will start off in the Client Sales Rep position for the first 90 days in order to get a full picture understanding of our sales, service, and workflow**

As the inside sales manager, (a key position to the success and growth of our sales reps and clients)…you will ramp up new hires, manage, train, and lead 15-20 marketing patient coordinators to monthly client goals and KPI.

This role is crucial because our job is to consistently & successfully convert as many leads as possible from the marketing team into qualified appointments for our doctors every single month. 

At the end of the day your focus is simple. The more leads the marketing team generates + the more appointments our sales team generates = greater return on investment for our clients, more commission for the sales team, and greater performance reputation for Digital Ox!

In this role, you will be responsible for everything from 

  1. Successfully ramping up new hires in our 30-60-90 day protocol. 
  2. Leading effective sales training in front of 30+ sales reps.
  3. Auditing sales calls several times per day and coaching sales reps to become experts on the phone
  4. Auditing sales reps CRM processes daily and making sure they are following our Digital Ox sales system for maximum efficiency 
  5.  Monthly 1 on 1 performance reviews; measuring the monthly results of each sales rep compared to the quotas
  6. Leading sales team and strategy to overall goals
  • 15+ Appointments delivered per month per client
  • 80%+ show up rates
  • 90% answer to schedule %
  • 45% lead to schedule %
  • <5% client churn 

**80% of the day to day in this role is listening to calls, coaching, and training B players to A Players.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

**The candidate selected for this role will start off in the Client Sales Rep position for the first 90 days in order to get a full picture understanding of our sales, service, and workflow**

  • Own and execute the strategic plan and projections for sales goals
  • Onboard and train new sales team hires.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential customers and patients.
  • Supervise and coach the sales team on best use of all of the above.
  • Audit (QA) sales calls. Work with stakeholders to determine how to set useful tracking metrics.
  • Audit sales activity and performance. Work with stakeholders to create KPIs and reports/dashboards to effectively track KPIs (google sheets).
  • Track employee performance and KPIs and communicate with stakeholders prior to quarterly and annual performance reviews.
  • Hold/Host Sales Team meetings to address weekly KPIs, coaching opportunities, updates, questions, or new ideas.

RESULTS:

  • Ramp up new hires to 30-60-90 day KPI
  • Manage and lead team to 80%+ show rates
  • Manage and lead team to 15+ appointments average
  • Manage and train B players to A players
  • Identify and remove C players
  • Help company achieve 5% monthly churn goals
  • Always learning 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years Coaching/Managing a team of 10-20 sales team members. Inside sales specific coaching/management experience is preferred.
  • Works well under tight deadlines and pressing situations.
  • Has a high tolerance to stress and is ‘unwavering’.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving work environment.
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite.
  • Able to consistently maintain a positive, can-do attitude and reflect a professional demeanor.
  • Innate ability to seek out answers from other sources and problem-solve with little input from the Supervisor.
  • 5+ years of experience with sales CRMs.
  • Experience leading teams to achieving quota.
  • Experience hiring, training, ramping up new sales reps to KPI.
  • Experience conducting/completing performance reviews.
  • Ability to lead by example in both understanding our service and by consistently hitting personal sales goals.
  • Strong communication skills – both to sell to prospective patients and to provide effective coaching to sales staff.
  • Ability to supervise the sales process, hold the sales team accountable, and make updates to the sales process (with Stakeholders) when opportunities to improve are discovered.
