We’re looking to add a Representative to our Customer Service Live Chat Team! This individual will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by responding to their inquires through chat (LivePerson).

Role Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

This is a remote-based role within select states in the United States. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST/8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST


  • Answer both customer service and product support questions through the LivePerson platform
  • Answer a minimum of 3 chats/maximum of 4 chats simultaneously
  • Work efficiently in order to provide minimal to no wait time for pending customers
  • Remain up to date on trainings and department functions
  • All other responsibilities as requested by the Live Chat Team Lead


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-through and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Strong knowledge of SH products, replacement parts, and brands

Preferred Background and Experience:

  • SupplyHouse Customer Service experience that includes formal training on phones
  • Foundational understanding of SupplyHouse Customer Service policies, processes, and resources
