About Bold.org
Our mission is to fight student debt. We’re a team of dozens, serving a platform of millions, with trillions of dollars in student debt at stake.

At Bold.org, anyone and any company can create customized scholarships, fellowships, and grants in minutes with the confidence that the award will go to deserving individuals who will boldly change the world.

Students and graduates use Bold.org to win scholarships, manage their finances, and redeem their earned rewards to pay for their education.

We’re profitable, growing quickly, and hiring amazing people who want to change the education, finance, and philanthropy landscapes. If that resonates, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role
We’re growing quickly, with millions of users on the platform, and are looking for an analytical-minded Paid Media Analyst to help grow our paid media marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.

In this role, you will work directly with our Paid Media Growth Lead to help launch, optimize, and measure ad campaigns as we execute on our growth roadmap across both students and donors.

  • Collaborate with our Social Team as needed to craft outstanding ad creatives for our paid media campaigns.
  • Represent the Bold.org brand and mission of fighting student debt to many millions.
  • Be the steward of our vision and values across all communications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Engineering background (preferably a Chemical or Civil Engineering degree).
  • 1-2 years of broad experience with paid media (Google/Facebook Ads preferred).
  • An excellent executor. You excel at learning and executing predetermined processes quickly and with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical-minded. You excel at analyzing data and are comfortable with data-rich Google Sheets and advertising platforms to ensure our campaigns are optimized at their best.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent written English.
