As a Project Manager Leader, you will be at the center of customer adoption and services delivery to assist customers accelerate the adoption of the Wiz platform.  You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Advanced Delivery, Enablement, and RevOps teams to build a Project Management Office (PMO) and develop new processes/procedures for delivery of customer projects.  You will be part of the services leadership team and build the solid foundation of for services at Wiz.

What You’ll Do (responsibilities)

  • Develop the processes and procedures for Project Management capabilities
  • Lead the procurement decision and implementation of a Project Management system that integrates with backend financial systems
  • Create a hiring plan and Project Manager candidate profile
  • Develop a project reporting and escalation process
  • Define project success metrics and stakeholder notification process for project status changes
  • Career development and coaching of the Project Managers within the PMO
  • During the early stages of the PMO, also act as a PM for projects as needed
  • Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services


  • Own and develop a CSAT process including monthly metrics

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years being a Project Manager and PMP and/or CSM certifications
  • Expertise running and leading a PMO including people management experience 
  • Background in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively to customer stakeholders
  • Expertise related to Services Delivery in customer environments from pre-sales positioning to project close-out
  • Ability to be creative and work outside the box

  • Cloud Migration project experience
  • Cloud provider practitioner-level certification
  • P&L management expertise
