Degreed is looking to hire a new Recruiter to join our remote team!

As a Recruiter at Degreed, you will work closely with hiring managers across the company to define their jobs, generate candidate pipeline and hire candidates. This position will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A RECRUITER

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Product leaders to understand, define, and build talent profiles
  • Create and execute on ways to identify and hire top talent
  • Leverage data to provide strategic insights into the health of the hiring pipeline and provide coaching and training as needed
  • Contribute to the growth of Degreed’s recruiting by developing and refining processes
  • Review and analyze resumes using our ATS software (Lever)
  • Strategically source candidates using in-house software and external sourcing tools
  • Interview potential hires using industry-standard techniques
  • Serve as an employee advocate for new hires, as well as established employees
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple lines of business

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RECRUITER

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house setting or agency
  • 1+ year of technical recruiting
  • SaaS or start-up experience
  • Experience supporting a range of job profiles and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Background of developing creative recruiting strategies with a focus on building an employer brand
  • Experience adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing a strong grasp of business context and partnering directly with executive leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in tech industry
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
  • Evidence of building candidate relationships and managing a network of talent
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail, works with urgency and has strong organization skills
