Job Description:

As a Sales Associate/Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales initiatives and expanding our business prospects. Working closely with the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential sales opportunities, establishing viable leads, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification and Evaluation:

Utilize existing buyer profiles to identify and evaluate potential sales opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to focus efforts on interested airlines, training organizations, and universities, saving time and resources.

  • Customer Engagement:

Initiate conversations with prospective customers and current clients via telephone or email to determine their interest in our products and services. Build rapport and establish the lead’s level of interest in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Lead Qualification:

Qualify and score the viability of interested leads for the sales team.  Conduct research on airlines, training organizations and universities to enhance the sales team’s understanding of potential sales opportunities.

  • Skills and Qualifications:

Communication: Strong communication skills to connect with marketing team members, potential prospects, and the sales team.

  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to navigate and analyze leads effectively.
  • Sales Process Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and goals, understanding the sales funnel.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze multiple data points to assign lead scores and interpret CRM information accurately.

A Successful Candidate will to:

  • Understand the Product or Service: Comprehend the company’s mission and offerings fully to effectively communicate and evaluate leads.
  • Review Prospects’ Websites: Conduct thorough research on leads’ websites to identify compatibility and potential business needs.
  • Check CRM and Contact Databases: Utilize CRM and Contact Database software to avoid repetitive calls and identify key contacts within organizations.
  • Communicate with the Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and contribute to successful deal closures.
  • Cater Your Approach: Tailor your approach based on individual prospect needs, aligning key points to generate enthusiasm and increase the likelihood of a sale.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a sales/business development representative or lead generator.
  • CRM experience
  • Experience with zoominfo, Linked Sales Navigator, and Microsoft office.
  • Motivated and passionate about sales.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proven experience with cold-emailing and lead generation.
  • Currently living in Latin America.
  • Spanish language is an advantage.
  • Good with time management, organization, and detail-oriented.
