At Select Saunas, we are on a mission to help people become the best version of themselves, by providing our clients with the highest-quality saunas and sauna heaters available.
We help people purchase the right sauna for their home and their needs, the right sauna heater for their current sauna, etc., and provide guidance along the way!
There’s a certain smile on a person’s face who is experiencing a sauna they purchased from us the first time, and we hear this from our clients. We improve our clients’ health, sleep, and well-being. That’s the impact we’re here to make.

We need you to handle customer service, order processing, shipping, etc. – essentially, the day
to day operation of the company. We want you to play a huge role in things moving forward.

JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
– Processing and managing orders
– Communicating with customers & suppliers
– Solving problems with orders
– You’ll be responsible for making sure customers receive what they ordered, on time, and help solve any problems along the way.
Here are some examples of the types of things you’ll coordinate with customers via phone, email, & chat:
– Placing orders with suppliers
– Order status changes/delays
– Customer post-purchase follow up
– Returns, warranty issues, chargebacks
– Back orders
– Call & email customer to notify
– If they can’t wait, offer alternative products
– Damaged items

PAY
Starting pay will be based on your ability and experience, ranging from $5/month and beyond, for this full-time role. If you believe you have more to offer, tell us what you’d like and why you’re able to deliver more value.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Honest
– Reliable
– Fluent in English, near native speaker
– Type 50 WPM
– Shopify and CRM experience is a bonus

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED*
– Internet: Fast, stable connection
– Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours. No
loud background noise – no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
Full-time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM US Eastern
time.
