ABOUT THE TEAM

The Bestow Marketing team is highly visible, working across the company to champion the voice of our customers. We are responsible for our brand and acquiring, growing, and retaining our customers. We develop and deliver customer communication, including our social media, website, and advertising. We believe data, advanced analytics, and good old-fashioned strategy are the keys to marketing effectiveness.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role reports to our Senior Director of Creative and is open to Remote (US) #LI-Remote. 

We are seeking a Sr. Digital Designer to contribute in the following ways:

  • Build onto the existing design & branding system for our enterprise brands. 
  • Drive the development and execution of creative and compelling designs for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, branding assets, digital advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations to support the brand and sales efforts. 
  • Collaborate with team members to workshop, conceptualize, and own creative ideas that craft a compelling narrative for our products and services. 
  • Own and build an online library of sales content, including microsites, white papers, decks, newsletters, and illustrations, to support our revenue team. 
  • Design intuitive and polished interactive web experiences for our website in Figma/Vev.
  • Work directly with our UX design team to polish demos of our software product.
  • Partner with cross-departmental teams to foster a continuous feedback loop.
  • Ensure that our digital marketing activities comply with industry standards and best practices and our brand guidelines.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • You have a minimum of seven years of digital design experience. 
  • An ideal candidate has both deep graphic design experience and intermediate product design experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented. 
  • A portfolio that exhibits a strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy in a variety of media.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve design problems and meet business objectives. Good design isn’t good if it doesn’t work for the business. 
  • We’re looking for someone who favors working in Figma over Adobe Creative Suite but is proficient in both. Experience with interactions in Figma is a bonus. 
  • Has worked with development teams to deliver web designs for front-end development. 
  • Adept at using Google Apps, especially Slides, Zoom, and online chat/communication tools. 
  • Come with the experience or ability to learn Builder.io and Vev quickly. You should have experience in Design, Creatopy, Lottie Files or Rive, illustration, motion graphics, etc.
  • You make it a habit to stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

Starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
