Summary

We seek a highly skilled and experienced senior recruiter to join our team and provide support. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in non-consultancy environments, particularly within internal HR departments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent for Technology and Product positions, contributing to our company’s continuous growth and innovation.


What you’ll do
  • Led the technology and product roles recruitment process, ensuring high quality and SLA adherence.
  • Utilize advanced English skills for daily communication, including interviewing candidates and collaborating with international stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels, focusing on innovative and efficient recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative support in defining role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and strategies, presenting insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Act for continuous process improvement, proposing and implementing new recruitment practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a recruiter within organizations with internal HR, with specific expertise in Technology and Product roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Desirable: Experience in international recruitment and fluency in Spanish/Portuguese will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in using recruitment software and systems, with the ability to analyze and leverage data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to assess recruitment processes critically and plan actions to ensure high-quality hires within SLAs.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a structured environment with well-defined processes.
  • Initiative and creativity in contributing new processes and best practices to the recruitment function
