Job description

This role focuses on project facing Business Development. You will build and manage relationships with different crypto-projects such as layer 1 protocols and DeFi primitives. Building a deep understanding of ecosystem partners’ needs and developing the best possible solution will be key to success. Tether assets such as USDt are critical to our partners so it is important to build deep working relationships within the ecosystem.

  • Work towards ensuring that Tether assets are the primary stablecoin across the whole of the crypto ecosystem. This involves creating a high-level strategy and then executing it.

  • Develop a network of crypto-projects that are already using Tether assets or that will soon want to use Tether assets.

  • Proactively reach out within the ecosystem to build relationships.

  • Ensure Tether is well-represented and serves the community effectively.

  • Provide effective business solutions for Tether’s ecosystem partners. This is likely to involve working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
