We are seeking a dynamic Token Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the promotion of Wirex’s token.

The Token Marketing Specialist will manage the tactical and strategic direction for Wirex’s token campaigns. This is a full-time remote role, where you will be responsible for developing and launching token promotions, airdrop campaigns, and partnerships to increase token popularity. 


— Cover all marketing channels including but not limited to social, PPC, content, influencer marketing, email marketing, affiliates and campaigns/promotion.
— Create and implement comprehensive B2C token marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.  
— Develop and execute the tactical and strategic direction for Wirex’s token campaigns.  
— Responsible for all day-to-day campaign management activities such as monthly reporting, campaign performance summary, keeping too budgets, creating briefs and meeting KPIs. 
— Utilise analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance. 
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product delivery and design, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives. 
— Work with external agencies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 
— Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in performance marketing strategies. 


— Strong understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency market. 
— Proven experience in planning and implementing token promotion and airdrop campaigns, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector. 
— Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
— Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
— Strong marketing and community management experience. 
— Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools. 
— Proven track record of hitting ambitious growth targets. 
— Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English.
